This agreement is a draft and is not yet in effect. Items in square brackets will be completed once the operator's business details are confirmed and the text has been legally reviewed.

These terms govern your use of OutreachCode, including the Web Email Finder and the Bulk Mail Sender. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
1. Who we are
OutreachCode is provided by {{ L.legalEntity }}, registered at {{ L.registeredAddress }}, company number {{ L.companyNumber }}. These terms take effect on {{ L.effectiveDate }}. For questions about these terms, contact {{ L.legalEmail }}.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you're authorized to represent. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account and billing information. You're responsible for activity in your workspace, including the actions of people you invite.
4. The service
OutreachCode provides two tools. The Web Email Finder looks for publicly listed email addresses on accessible pages of websites you submit. The Bulk Mail Sender sends campaigns through Gmail accounts you connect and authorize.
Features and allowances are described on our product pages and pricing at the time of purchase. Gmail access depends on Google's services, permissions and policies. We don't guarantee discovery results, delivery, inbox placement, replies or business outcomes.
5. Acceptable use
When using OutreachCode, you agree to:
- Connect only mailboxes, and import only data, that you're authorized to use.
- Request only public pages you're permitted to access, and never use the service to bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or other access controls.
- Not send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, phishing or malicious messages, or use misleading sender details or subject lines.
- Identify yourself as the sender, honor opt-out requests and not contact people who have unsubscribed.
- Not create or rotate accounts to get around provider limits or enforcement.
- Follow the laws that apply to your outreach and to each recipient.
A publicly listed contact detail doesn't, by itself, provide permission to send marketing messages. You're responsible for the content, recipients and lawful basis of your campaigns.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Plans renew monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, until cancelled. Annual plans are paid upfront, and usage allowances reset each billing month. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. We'll give at least {{ L.priceChangeNotice }} notice before a price increase takes effect at renewal. Additional capacity requires an explicit purchase; we don't charge for overages automatically.
7. Your data and content
You keep your rights in the contacts, messages and campaign content you add to OutreachCode. You allow us to process that content only to provide the service, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement will apply.
Our software, interface and documentation remain our intellectual property.
8. Suspension
We may pause discovery or sending, or suspend access, when activity threatens recipients, other customers or the service, or breaches these terms. Where appropriate, we'll explain why and give you a way to respond. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.
9. Cancellation and data access
You can cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues until the end of your paid term unless it's suspended for a valid reason. After the term ends, you'll have {{ L.exportWindow }} to export your data before deletion begins. Disconnecting a Gmail account doesn't, by itself, delete stored data. Any mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by {{ L.governingLaw }}, and disputes will be handled by {{ L.courts }}, subject to any mandatory rights you have. Please contact {{ L.legalEmail }} first so we can try to resolve the issue.
12. Changes to these terms
We'll give notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security change requires a shorter period. You may cancel before revised terms take effect. We send account notices to the email address recorded in your workspace.
13. Contact
