Draft — pending business details

This policy is a draft and is not yet in effect. Items in square brackets will be completed once the operator's business details are confirmed and the text has been legally reviewed.

{{ pendingText }}

This policy explains what personal information OutreachCode processes when you use our website, the Web Email Finder and the Bulk Mail Sender—and the choices you have.

1. Who is responsible

{{ L.legalEntity }}, {{ L.registeredAddress }}, operates OutreachCode. Contact {{ L.privacyEmail }} about privacy.

We act as controller for account administration, billing, security and our own support. For contacts and campaign data that customers add or process using OutreachCode, we generally act as a processor on the customer's instructions, and the customer decides how that data is used.

2. Information we process

  • Account information: names, email addresses, workspace membership and settings.
  • Billing information: subscription details and invoice references. Payment card details are handled by {{ L.paymentProcessor }} and aren't stored by OutreachCode.
  • Customer content: website URLs you submit, discovered contact addresses and their source URLs, recipient lists, campaign text, and the message details needed to detect replies, bounces and unsubscribes.
  • Connection data: authorization tokens for Gmail accounts you connect.
  • Support and usage: messages you send us, plus service usage and security events.

3. Where information comes from

From you and the people you invite to your workspace; from Gmail accounts you authorize; from accessible public website pages you choose to scan; and from service providers that help us run OutreachCode.

4. How we use information

To provide and secure your account, deliver the features you use, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We don't treat publicly listed contact details as unrestricted marketing data, and we don't sell personal information.

5. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on contract to provide the service, legal obligation for records we must keep, legitimate interests for proportionate security and service administration, and consent where it's required for optional analytics or marketing.

Customers are responsible for establishing an appropriate basis and providing any required notices for their own outreach.

6. Google user data

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the sending and reply-detection features you authorize. We don't sell it or use it for advertising, and human access is limited to authorized support, security and legal cases.

OutreachCode's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

[This commitment must be implemented and verified before publication — pending]

7. Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, email infrastructure, payment processing and support. Each receives only what it needs to perform its service. Current providers: {{ L.serviceProviders }}. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to address security issues and abuse.

8. International processing

Data is hosted in {{ L.hostingRegion }}. Where information is transferred across borders, we use {{ L.transferSafeguards }}.

9. Retention and control

We keep information only as long as it's needed for the purposes above. Retention periods by record type: {{ L.retentionPeriods }}.

You can disconnect a Gmail account, export supported records or request deletion. Disconnecting stops future access but doesn't automatically delete saved records. Limited billing and suppression records may be kept where required.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Contact {{ L.privacyEmail }}. We may need to verify your identity, and we may refer requests about customer-controlled data to the relevant customer.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority, including {{ L.supervisoryAuthority }}. We don't make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals as part of the planned service.

11. Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies support sign-in and security in the OutreachCode app. Optional analytics or marketing storage will be used only with your consent where required.

On this website, the contact form keeps a draft in your browser's session storage so you don't lose your message. It's cleared when you close the tab or send the message.

12. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we'll update the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. OutreachCode is intended for adult business users.
